There are certain energy path ways within our bodies, some which are visible and others are not thus cannot be seen, if we attend certain techniques of visualizing these channels, then this has physical effects. Psychic energy can also be felt by attuning to life on various levels, example would be like a radio, there are many channels we just have to tune the antenna at right wave length. Psychic energy can also be sent out in many loving forms (example might be; if we were to pray and meditate for others well being, then through our own hearts energy they will feel the benefits, also this will benefit our own well being). In our modern lives we tend to want things very quick, yet we all know things of quality takes time and effort.
